Ii was put away at 15 I'm forty six been free 3 years and I was nothing but a passenger along for the ride didnt have a gun didn't pull a trigger was not in a gang I was a runaway who got into a car cause I was cold and it was snowing and the kids I was got into a argument with some cowboys and the driver got scared and shot one of them I did nothing but sit in back seat trying to get warm but because I was 15 and just a passenger and the shooter got 2 years got out had a life kids and moved on I a passenger got thrown under bus cause I was a runaway and had a history of running away and I broke into homes to eat so I had burglary priors and I had no family no money and a public defender I was covered to sign a plea I didn't understand and was sent away and forgot about now I'm a ghost just watching the world go by and have nothing and no way to get anything just cause I was cold and wanted to be warm justice I guess
So what other little kid did he murder?
7 yrs old. 2nd Grade. He was a child. I don't care what he did. He needed therapy, not jail with all the perverts there . We failed him

can't even imagine what a 7yr old could possibly do to get treated that way instead of getting mental health type help. When I was incarcerated in FCI Fort Worth there was an old man who finally got a presidential pardon because his crime had become obsolete! This poor old man was in his 80's and had been locked up since he was 14 for stage coach robbery! this was in. the early 70's. it was a whole new world and he had no where to go,!
