Did you know that, if you stick your finger in hot oil; it will burn you?
If you soak them in water for about 45 minutes, dry them off then fry them they will also be crispy as well. You can soak them for about a week in the fridge and dry them fry them, same deal. It’s the starch that keeps them from frying up crispy.
