I take tortias cut them up into 1 x 1 inch peices . Deep fry then until almost brown and cool them down a little bit . Then put them in a plastic baggy with white or brown sugar cinnamon . shake the baggy to coat them .. My kids love them ...

I think they were using refried beans. Not ground beef. And the tortillas looked to mushy and soft in end. Should have been crispy outside.
