I feel sorry for her sometime when you have been put down by someone who really meant a lot in your life or really care about and they tell you downward things it said the same it can make you feel like that not necessarily being with everyone but it can mess with your mentality and self-esteem. however this therapist here is not good for people that's really going to trauma. someone really needs to tell her that she is worth it and she don't need validation from her parents or anyone especially if it's not a positive one I see good in her and I wish someone would tell her that she is worth it and she don't have to do these things and it may take time for her but I hope that she will heal.
