no matter what he was doing he didn't have a weapon on him so it was no reason to use lethal and deadly force when he got a taser that would have also took him down!!! SCARY.

Looks like cop got scared because of the other two people that were getting closer. It becomes very serious when you feel you could be out numbered, but he could have used a taser. One shot, not 3! Lethal force was not necessary unless the guy had a gun in his waist.

i wanna know why there were 2, maybe 3? cop cars there and only one cop dealing with this guy? Another cop coulda come up behind him, tased him, crisis ovver. .tho a taser doesn't always drop them like a rock, so could have been 30secs more trouble. Til the 1st cop tased him for a 2nd time anyway. Teamwork! lol
