4 weeks is only 28 days not a full month if you take the extra 2 or 3 days every month it makes up the extra 28 days or 4 weeks
around 1530 is when we went to the current calendar.. prior to that, there were 13 months with 28 days each .. so you'd always have a full moon on the same day each month

this works for those who get paid on Thursdays or Fridays because some months have 5 payday for weekly pays and 3 for bi-weekly pays
when you get paid weekly it doesn't matter, I noticed it when I was in the military, every once in awhile it would be 3 weeks inbetween paydays and my check was still the same as if it had been 2 weeks inbetween paydays.....

well they do say there is 7 days in a week..4 weeks in a month...7×4=28. So there fore the only actually correct month would be February. Now if all months had 28 days and we had 13 months like we used to have before they changed the calender for mass manipulation purposes than it would add up perfectly with 364 days in a year except on leap year would be 365. Yes this makes no sense I know and the reason it makes no sense is because when they messed with the calender they completely left one day unaccounted for. Literally erased a day from our whole calender...
