the stylist or barber was the one who applied the peice and took it off to clean and exfoliate the scalp,cleaned and treated to reaplied it.

where do you buy a hair patch
Being a hairstylist I am assuming this is a hair piece to cover a bald spot. There is a hair glue that you apply, it makes these stay on through most anything. You do have to take it off wash it and reapply the glue every few weeks. That’s what you are seeing here. You can get them for the whole head also. Hard for most people to tell it’s not their real hair.
