It’s so ridiculous I’ve just left prison after doing 15 years and have been placed in a work release center where I have to keep a job for the next 5 months and ride a bicycle to work People yelling and cussing at me for crossing a road and riding in a bicycle lane everyday it seems like and I know that if I had confrontation with one of them it could go very badly for them

In case anyone wants the facts, this is the title of the incident report "Charge dismissed in Maplecrest road rage shooting caught on cam" The guy who got shot lived he was shot in his arm. A witness was also shot considered non life threatening. The driver of the red van was charged by the DA. However the Judge dismissed the case.

Shooting an unarmed person, possibly 3 times and possibly killing that person over punching a window? I hope the shooter was prosecuted and the young person wasn’t killed or permanently disabled. It was wrong to punch the window, but the response far outweighed the initial response. I’m sure the person shot and/ir his family sued.
