well where cann we start with how wrong your statement was. He was providing medical assistance when he got attacked. the guy that attacked him was an x Con so he shouldn't have been there. Kyle didnt cross state lines with the gun, it was purchased where he was and given to him in that town. Second he was there to help winlth minimal medical assistance, clean graffiti, and help put out fires. Third it wasn't illigal for him to poses the gun because it was not considered a short barrel rifle which is very specific in the law in that state. Third hitting him in the head with a brick and trying to shoot him is not attempting to apprehend him! So you got all of that wrong which is why he was not charged
