Speaking from an Ohio native, that is done in memoriam when someone is killed, usually in the spot that they died, in front of their home or in the area they use to reside in. Mainly for tribute.
The only things that probably bothers me about 💩 like this is ……wonder if they put something on the funeral,wonder if the person had kids if someone stepped up to help financially,if they needed help while they were breathing was the help given. Here now depending on where you go a fifth of Henn is 50$ so I’m looking at a whole lot of money collectively!
