The swamp needs to be drained. The land needs nurturing. Pot holes and sink holes are not a joking matter neither is safety. He had no sole purpose to be on those premises and there needs to be stronger repercussions of committing crimes and violence. How do you instill safety and security to invest in peace of mind?
