My niece has dentures and its not bc of lack of hygiene or dental care. She had a pallet extender at 11 and braces throughout her teenage years. When the dentist removed the braces he grinned her teeth so bad to remove the orthodontic cement that led to her teeth bc very chalky and in her early 20s she had a second set of braces to help with shifting. Her teeth were so week they began to rot at the root. mind you her parents spent thousands on her dental care all for her to end up with Dentures in her 20s. So not everything is about bad hygiene or neglect. Also remember lots of kids grow up in families that maybe dental care isnt affordable or may just parent neglect, So please when you see young ppl with these issues remember to be kind.

I have a bone disease, that I didn’t know I had until later in life, my teeth have been bad all my life, I brushed and took care of them to no avail. I can relate to this, you just never know what has happened in someone else’s life.💕
