Gotta keep it 💯 with y’all: I didn’t quit smoking everything I still smoke weed, but I switched to joints with hemp papers and even tried some hemp cigs on Day 5. But what I DID quit was Blacks. 7 days strong. 🙌🏾 The difference? No cravings for the Blacks. My body feels lighter, my mind clearer. And I’ve been balancing it out with fruits & veggies pineapple, watermelon, lemon shots, ginger, turmeric, cayenne. 🍍🍉🍋🔥 I’m not perfect. I still hit the sweets sometimes, still roll up the bud 🌳
