So what you had a good time with your friends — if you haven’t repented, been baptized in Jesus’ name for the remission of sins, and received the Holy Ghost, then your fun was the celebration of death. God never told you to seek emotional balance, He told you to die to self. Motivational doctrine is flesh-sugar — it gives you energy to walk deeper into rebellion. That post gave no command, no scripture, no blood, no name, no fire. Just empty talk and emoji idols. You cannot quote your way into salvation with slogans. You must be buried with Him by baptism and rise in newness of life. If your gospel doesn’t kill the old man, it’s not the gospel. If your faith never breaks you, it never saved you. Set your affection above. Deny yourself. Obey Acts 2:38. Stop playing with inspirational poison. Jesus is not your therapist — He is your Judge.
