Very true! Learned it in an Economy class in college. Do you think our teenagers and uneducated adults want to work the fields, pick fruits and vegetables one at a time? Maybe when I was a kid in the 60s. Not anymore. I challenge you to ask your kids if they would do that line of work for minimum or below minimum wage, for 12 hours a day, starting at sunrise? It's immigrants who do those jobs and landscaping too.
