Well, there is such a thing as a window cleaning school.A couple guys actually have a couple week program.What you're actually seeing is a contest for speed.And the contestants are judged by how fast they go and how many mistakes that's been going on for decades, usually associated with the window, cleaning.What is it called?Iwca international window cleaning association and I know this because I clean windows
