That’s beautifully done. I do have a suggestion. Kale goes on top after the soup is cooked. Kale changes taste when cooked. Plus you get a crunch factor. Your choice. I cook mine the same way as you with differences being I use adobo and Italian seasoning with kale at the end and parmigiana on top.
