A machinist gave me some advice. Get some liquid penetrant and use pressure and tap it with a hammer or a vibratory hammer like you use in construction to break concrete. The vibration and pulling will break it loose. You have to be patient

I don't think the strap is the right idea the chain is the option so when all the power pools the it will not snap

it wont blow up i thought the same till I saw 2 things watch a guy weld a natural gas pipeline that's live and my buddy welded a gas tank once thought 4 sure it would go boom but I lost 100 bucks
