Had a run in with some kids on those e-bikes. We used my drone to video their shit behavior and found out where they live. I respectfully had a talk and showed their fathers without the mother's present! Father to father talk and it worked. All 4 of those kids had the bikes taken away and I do not see them leaving the neighborhood anymore.
