I have worked at Starbucks before we cannot deny anyone a cup of water. We do say you HAVE to wait in line though. Other people are paying for their drinks so you have to wait also.

I was in line at Starbucks when an elderly man came in asking for a cup of water for his ill wife who was in their car. The employee told him to get in the back of the line and he would have to buy something before getting free water. I was livid and gave the man 2 cold bottles of water I purchased for him so he could tend to his wife. I chewed out the employee, as did many other patrons. That was 3 years ago, and I have never stepped foot inside a Starbucks again.

on day it was super hot in Chicago my mail man Mr.Johnnie and I ran into each other and I says Mr.Johnnie wait right here and I ran upstairs and got him A Puerto Rickkan 🇵🇷 cola nice and cold, he said it was the best pop ever. What’s WRONG with Starbucks?! There was another case of them denying water to this lady whose husband was literally having a seizure! 😧 They know it’s hot af outside! I work outside so I can relate. But that’s why I take a little cooler bag with waters and a freezer pack with me to work. That’s what she should do
