Police can do Whatever it takes to control the situation and eliminate the threat and while you are actively resisting arrest you are a threat. They have a job to do so why not comply and stop resisting?! Everyone wants to play the victim afterwards. Someone, PLEASE tell that brother to sue each police officer individually as well as the police department! The dirty policeman walk away happy & don't have to pay anything unless you personally sue them too! We HAVE to make them pay! I want dirty cops to work hard everyday & at the end of the week, I want them to give ½ of their pay check to the man they beat!
