You never know the full story, this could be a normal person that spilled gasoline or something on them and they might be far from home, doesn’t necessarily have to be a homeless dude washing his clothes and even then so what at least he’s decent enough to try, been through some situations where what I’m doing looks completely different from what it actually is.
