we drove through a heavy storm and totally zonked out the vehicle, flooding the engine of a brand new vehicle. tow truck arrived and took us home 🏠 be very careful

Usually slow is the worst thing to do in water , and no letting off the gas and hitting it again , idk how they made it through with no water being sucked into the intake or exhaust with it being that high . Or at least draining in through the doors
why in the world wouldn't they have gotten off at one of the exits and drove around on higher ground to where they needed to go?
