Im really confused by some of the comments. Specifically the ones where people are saying "they act like they have never seen a black baby before" (or similar comments implying its due to a darker complexion) - am I missing part of the video? It looks like a little white girl in the stroller to me and both parents appear to be white. Which is forgein looking in Japan, sure, but not a POC. Is there part of the video that isn't showing up for me or something?
