When I returned from Japan it was immediately obvious how bad the US is at customer service, and I mean immediate. Coming from a place that believes in Karma treated like they would like to be treated.

Funny how it only shows behind the scenes in the U.S.A, except for the guy on the tarmac but we've all seen that from our windows anyway. The other countries are shown at baggage claim where the public can see. So obviously they will appear more gentle.
