Strange….When this accusation occurred the video was shown, and it was clear the gentleman was preventing the child from falling….nothing more. The D.A. was very remiss in not viewing it sooner, to make the correct decision. This lie should not have been hanging over Mr. Patel’s head …. Ever!! Maybe the D.A. needs to look into a refresher course of what his job is.
