I read the court case on this. Officer(s) was definitely in the wrong. He/They violated several policies and procedures. The man was asleep, and the cops murdered him. Call it what it is. The police escalated the situation. Not the man asleep in a vehicle. Everyone reacts differently when they are just woken up. Just imagine if you were woken up like this? You don't know how you would react. This man was shot to death in the back. Police can NOT go around killing people.

we hire these people to protect US as a community. there's no skin color or racism in this video. or hate. when someone threatens your life aka in a vehicle and is actively fleeing police and kidnapping one driving recklessly your 2000lb vehicle 100% becomes a threat at 60mph just how you protect what's yours this officer did the same cause we hired him for the people in our communities like this.

Not only is it natural for everyone to be a bit confused when startled awake and unclear commotion going on around us,but also instill the natural state of mind " fight or flight" every human goes thru in situations that cause fear. This man woke up being jumped by officers with one in back seat of his car so he NATURALLY fled to get himself to safety with Male in backseat telling him to " stop!
