The video speaks loud and clear the person driving was " startled" awake. Not only is it natural for everyone to be a bit confused when startled awake and unclear commotion going on around us,but also instill the natural state of mind " fight or flight" every human goes thru in situations that cause fear. This man woke up being jumped by officers with one in back seat of his car so he NATURALLY fled to get himself to safety with Male in backseat telling him to " stop! Just let me out" making it sound more so like car jacking and his need to flee and that gave officer rights to shoot that man 3 times in the back of his head?

If you don't want to get shot like this then don't steal a car and switch its plates and fall asleep in somebody's driveway. And especially don't kidnap a cop in the backseat of that stolen car and ignore all verbal directives from the cop you're kidnapping . Regardless if you're a 17 year old kid. US Attorney General's office found no sufficient evidence to charge the officer. The kid was a criminal who made bad choices. This was the consequence of those choices.

the full video is they ran up on him while he was sleep parked on the side of the road they reach in his window unlocked his door and went to the back seat there was so many other ways to get this done where nobody's life had to be taken I'm not saying driving off was the right move but was jumping in the back seat and waking him up like you did the right move either 😂😂 IJS
