Because she’s a white female and she’s an FBI agent means nothing. Why should a police officer regret pulling over her unless he does something wrong. Anybody no matter what their status is can be pulled over for breaking the wall. She’s actually pleading her case through her cell phone instead of just cooperating making his job more difficult, especially on the freeway/interstate. Most FBI agents and federal law-enforcement are straight Outta College and know nothing in regards to law-enforcement except for whatever the academy taught them, but they think they know the law on every aspect and don’t have to cooperate. I was in federal law-enforcement for 38 years so yeah I know what I’m talking about.

She should be fired immediately. If she really is with the FBI then she knows that she needs to comply with the request for ID when requested as part of a traffic stop. The entire situation could have been avoided had she cooperated.

Wisconsin State Patrol.....what exactly is the whole story? Plus yank her out like that on the interstate without any backup? what is his problem? All the years I've traveled interstate, never seen a trooper try to pull someone out of a vehicle. Whenever I've been stopped, told to remain in the vehicle. Plus what did he find out when running her plates beforehand, if he did. Makes you wonder if she was undercover to catch officers misbehaving.
