had a similar situation in the S.H.U had 3 months left after a long 10 months real sick long story short I ain't put my hands on him and the police got to me over it he came to my hearing months later and took the rap for me because of him I made draft and got out of there within a week I was getting chemo and medical help the box wasn't giving me a few years later I won my lawsuit .not beating on him literally saved my life
