My 2 pets (big kitty and puppy). I bought them one of these special calming coats, total waste of money BTW, didn’t help one bit. I felt so bad during thunderstorm, 4th of July etc.! I tried to reassure them by staying calm, talked softly to them, stroked them, and slowly they became less nervous and now everybody in the house was totally ok with any loud noises. They knew mom will protect them 💕 Funny thing is that I was scared of thunder storms myself and i calmed myself down too in the process…😆😆😆😆 Took a little patience and time.

When my fur babies were puppies I would bark at the thunder during a storm. Yes, I would bark. 😜 But it truly helped each of them not to be afraid during storms. They couldn’t care less about thunder now.
my tripod grew up at an ice rink where hockey pucks were slamming against the plexiglass, but my pooch never flinched or waivered! a great guard dog & always in tune with my every thought! a very happy spoiled dog! thank the Lord for furry best friends. thanks for sharing vid.

poor approach.... no heart ❤️.... the FEAR is still there! Part of your approach ( no so hard a_s!) should be to also give comfort to these dogs... they do not understand the sounds and circumstances.... the " power" thing is foolish.... really.
