Don’t put yourself down… we’re human. You may not need rehab maybe just a meeting and sponsor. Get one us.. DM’s are quick neeed to talk down. It helps! Keep your head up!! Ps you didn’t let me down. You need a therapist too.. keep doing this but get someone you can vent too that has no connection to you in you hometown
