If you speed walk for just 15 minutes a day, the weight you are trying to lose will come off faster. I started at 15 minutes (1 mile) and slowly moved up to a half hour, then an hour. In one year, with no sugar, I dropped 125 pounds! You can do it! You can't miss one day of walking though! You have to discipline yourself and make yourself walk, even if you don't want to.
