Bikes don’t care what gender rides them and kids don’t care what gender the bike is made for. They just want to ride and have fun. Could have been bought at a bargain or maybe borrowed or maybe a gift. But attitude and all she has a ride. Looks like a blue water gun but in this day and age I’d be more concerned about that toy. The toy doesn’t hurt anything but it is bothersome to ME when I see kids playing with them. My kids played with them too. A different place and a different time 40 to 55 years ago. All toys were different and so were kids. But the one with all the hand gestures looks like she may have come looking for trouble or to start some. Sounds like a she said you said thing.

Children should have a voice ....I don't think she's being too grown. She confronted the bully and stated the facts. She did not use her fist to speak for her.....she communicated very well. The adult filming the interaction did a great job allowing the 2 children to talk the situation out. Don't judge this young girl for speaking her truth. I am a school counselor, and we encourage our children to use their voices appropriately instead of their fist. Nothing wrong with talking it out.
