Seconds before I took this video I heard screaming. It sounded like a small child. I knew what it was. Someone called the police though. I had to explain to the police officers that the screaming was an animal.

When I was a kid, my brother had a Siamese cat that sounded just like a baby crying. When my youngest sister (12 years my junior) was born, we were constantly checking on her only to find it was that dang cat howling.
