I actually live in the area where this happened. (Victorville, California) Just want to give you the actual facts. The news reports made some mistakes. The Teddy Bear was actually left sitting up against the entryway of an AMPM convenience store, not a bus stop. The guy bought it from an artist on Etsy. The cops tracked him through the purchase and arrested him. VVNG.com has a video of the cops at the scene with close ups of the bear. The Coroner came and picked it up for an "Autopsy" and determined it was made of latex. Yep, just another whacky day in the High Desert. 😆

Thanks for telling me this cause it went in my room bro and that’s very creepy because it’s actually made out of skin and I forgot where the country it was in but I’m gonna tell my whole family where it is so please comment and if you’re still alive, then put 10 hearts in the emoji center
