Coke was originally made with cane sugar. Coke changed to corn syrup in the 80’s.

high fructose corn syrup is absolutely terrible for you. sugar is not great either. but it's natural, and not processed. i don't know what studies you been looking into. but from what I've been reading, sugar is certainly better then HFCS. personally, I love the sugar taste coke. I don't know anyone that doesn't.
If it's healthy yes, it's least they can do.
