His death by the state is justice served. It's the ONLY WAY to be absolutely sure he will not murder again. And the sentence should be carried out quickly. Taxpayers shd not have to support, feed,clothe him for 40-50 years before the sentence is carried out

after 35 years you execute him, taxpayers are going to be paying for this man's room and board and food and medical needs, if he should happen to murder another person a prisoner or a correctional officer in the jail then the state of Florida is responsible for that another thing a few things I like to say is that these people in these positions don't know their abc because you say something after the death penalty and it means absolutely nothing maybe after the execution he'll have to stay there for 35 years but none of this applies to police officers when they kill innocent person they usually get time off with pay or they just get the minimal sentence

Do you know the sad part is he’ll serve all those sentences before he runs out his appeals on the death penalty. His death penalty case should be brought in front of appeals courts, and all his appeals should be sought within less than 12 months. His execution date should be set within 30 days of his last appeal.
