Neither are educated in Law or Civil Rights and seem motivated by hatred of immigrants. Immigrants are not criminals unless they have committed criminal acts. Simply being here is not in itself a criminal act. All of this roughing up and arresting people without probable cause is illegal and must stop. Miller and Noem may be looking at criminal charges against themselves. Tom Holman as well.
