It’s a heartfelt shame….growing up, I never saw this! Neutering and/or fixing is the only way to begin to help abandoned animals…..also, breeding needs to stop with all kinds of precious animals…..horses, dogs, cats, etc. There are so many rescues trying to help but step 1 is to “catch and release” the feral population if unable to adopt out; step 2 is law to STOP BREEDING!! I love animals but hate to see them like this🙏🙏

if county's and states would have free spay and neuter, they would save millions in pound and rescue centers. my family has personally had 20 plus cats done as everyone thinks you just drop off unwanted animals in the outskirts of town. there was one time within a month there were 8 cats drop off 3 that were pregnant ! all were fixed at a large cost verry sad
