You all seem to not understand what resisting actually is. Tensing and preventing the officers from cuffing him is considered resisting in of itself. The fact that they had to fight him to get him to the ground shows that he’s resisting. Resisting is not just actively attacking the officers necessarily, although that’s a form of resisting as well.
