Looks to me like Dad is dropping the baby back to Mom after a visit with her.. and the baby would rather stay with Daddy... and I can see why! He's calm, cool, relaxed and makes her feel special. While Mom over here is insulting a toddler for how her hair looks! The baby can't even fix her own hair! You can just tell that the baby is acting this way with Mom bc she learned it from Mom and that's how the Mom talks to her. Dad is trying to reverse the damage that the Mom has and is causing... he tells her, "That's not nice either" and "Just relax, relax". It breaks my heart seeing that beautiful little girl feel so safe with her Daddy, but then she has to be returned to the mother.

Every generation of parents has gotten less and less effective w discipline cuz back when baby boomers were that age, parents broke a switch off of a tree to "spank" their kids. When I was a kid in the 80s, my parents smacked the shit out of me if I was disrespectful. I remember my sister said, "duh," to my dad in front of his parents, and my dad smacked her in the face so hard. She started crying and ran to our bedroom. I followed her and hugged her and just cried w her. She's 5 yrs older than me. Anyway, my point is that now, if u even spank your kid and someone sees it, u gotta worry about dhs on your doorstep... There is nothing wrong with this "Baby Girl". She just wants to stay with her Daddy. She Loves him to heaven and back! She feels very loved, secure and safe. This is why she doesn't want to go with Mom, but she will. Doesn't mean anything more than that. If this is a weekend visit with Dad, it will take a bit of time to return to her schedule with her mommy. Dad, probably holds her much and may not see her during the week. My daughter was the same way with her father til the day he passed away she is 14 years old Today and she still suffers for him on his birthdays on fathers day all she does is cry and lock herself in her room I don’t know what else to do for her. Bless this relationship with his baby 🙏🏼

I can't belive the reactions I am reading. She is a baby that loves her daddy. Her mom didn't respond correctly either wither her response. He has been a good man in her life and she loves him. We dont know why she more attached to him than mom. My daughter is a daddy's girl still to this day at 33 and has never disrespected her dad or me . No they shouldn't beat her but give her boundaries. I am sure they will get her in order about her behavior as she gets older. I'm just glad to see the father active in her life. Negative responses are never a solution. She just needs direction on her behavior from them both
