I noticed on another video, when getting out of a golf cart his left leg doesn't move normally. When using the leg, he seem to keep it stiff & swings it out to change positions. On this stumble on the stairs, it was his left foot that didn't rise sufficiently to reach the next step. the to of that foot caught the edge of the step, causing him to stumble. something is definitely physically affecting his left foot. Also, he is 79 yrs old. Loss of balance & falling more seems to come with advanced age. The same thing was happening to President Biden.

I truly dislike Trump. However, I’m a 71 year old sheet metal worker, and going up stairs is the hardest part of my job. So I can just imagine how hard it is for an 80 year old. This post isn’t funny. I understand the reason for it, Trump has belittled so many for their physical failings. However, I pay more attention to the lies and the callousness towards average Americans. Getting old is scary.
