What you’re doing is not illegal. It doesn’t matter what other parents think. A lot of those other parents raise their children with soft parenting. In the future, a lot of those parents are going to see where soft parenting got them. You are teaching your daughter to be respectful of others and not bully. With a 5 mile walk, I would think she gets the picture PDQ.
