I think the part that got me was when he said they gave you a flashlight. You can't even arrest me. And then he said, actually, they didn't give him the camera. He had to pay for the camera himself and due got even more outrageous. The fact that he had to buy his own camera. He talking like how you gonna accept this from the city. I can't believe this. You have to buy your own. This is what he's saying, my interpretation. He's appalled, is what he's saying, and then the animal patrol guy, when you look at his face he has that look on his face that they call Aw he's bewildered, he's dumbfounded, but most of all bewildered, that's the bewildered look closely, and you'll see it😂🤣😂🤣😂
