It's odd the courts didn't recognize a gift as a gift! Courts should be consistent in their rulings across the board. A loan, borrowed, or in contemplation of something in return (and not given) are things that are returned a gift is given supposedly from the heart and shouldn't have to be returned! She won, though keeping the jewelry, the large spousal support, the child support, losing the houses that hold memories of a man you claim did you dirty and getting rid of him in the process!
