That traffic law book is several inches thick. Surely, these officers could find something in it that could establish reasonable suspicion for the stop. The officers dont actually need probable cause to stop the car, only to search it or arrest the driver.

If she was Black it would’ve turned out differently and the lady gave the officer permission to check her trunk and she was not nervous or anything. She was very calm and very polite.
