Absolutely true. Not just in SC. the system is for sure biased in the favor of the mother. They’ve determined somehow that children need their fathers less than they need their mothers, and then force men to comply to the unfair conditions or lose access to their children. I hope you’re not dealing with all that now. Don’t let anyone make you a victim. Know your rights as a parent and don’t let them take your kids in the first place. Because once they dig their hooks in, it’s near impossible to jump through their hoops. Stand your ground…kids need their fathers.
