the riding jacket he had on filled up with air when they jerked him off his bike which was meant to help protect his body in case he wrecked when they were jerking his helmet off the strap caught on his neck and with jacket expanding his chest he could not breathe so yes they killed him
I don’t understand why the officer says he doesn’t know why the or what made the guy die. Well I clearly hear towards the end of the video a cop say “I’m going to CHOKE YOU OUT BOY!” That was even after the kid went quiet!!!!! A simple human being can tell you what kills that kid!!!!!!!!!!!
And they wonder why we don’t trust cops

American cops suck and they almost never held accountable! What gets me is they are quick to draw a gun or punch someone but the moment you pull your gun or punch your life is ruined
both of those officers should be fired immediately without pension and imprisoned for 10 years get it done now
