I don’t understand why the officer says he doesn’t know why the or what made the guy die. Well I clearly hear towards the end of the video a cop say “I’m going to CHOKE YOU OUT BOY!” That was even after the kid went quiet!!!!! A simple human being can tell you what kills that kid!!!!!!!!!!!

American cops suck and they almost never held accountable! What gets me is they are quick to draw a gun or punch someone but the moment you pull your gun or punch your life is ruined
