How is this a hack? You can still only bring a personal item and a carry-on on the plane, and the pillow will count for one of them. Might as well bring a backpack if you want to carry stuff - especially that isn't gonna pick up tons of nastiness throughout the airport.

Stop believing everything people. They took a regular pillow through TSA. Got to hotel took out the cushion and stuffed it up with items then made a 30 second clip about something they didn't do 🤣
