Try wearing FIRE RESISTANT long sleeve shirts, pants, gloves, hardhat and safety vests in the 90 degree weather in the South all day with a 30 minute to an hour break and when I say all day that like 8 to 20 hours So You Can go home and have Water, Power, Natural Gas, and other Utilities, I do Natural Gas so yes it's FR all day in the sun....... Maybe we should petition too, oh wait we will be terminated and replaced right away 😂😂😂 SERIOUSLY !!!!!!

check the laws im your state for work break hours and duration. In most states it is against the law to work your employees more than 2 1/2 hours with put a break in a 8 hrs shift and 3 breaks plus lunch in a 12 hrs shift. In a 14 hrs shift and 1 more break.
this is what happens when you pamper your employees...amozon workers got it made they have the most chill job they hardly do anything...they wear whatever they want and they all move in slow motion...I've worked on their ac before...bunch of weenies crying about breaks and hernias...nobody wants to put in real work anymore

i used to work at Amazon and we got 2 separate breaks if the second one came around sometimes they for went it because of deadline to fill the trucks

I don't take breaks. I'd rather work 7:00 to 3:00 and be home an hour earlier then take a break that I'm probably not going to be too motivated to start back up after.

there is a reason for the breaks at 2 hours, they break it up on labor jobs because we are human beings. Some manager can't just accommodate employees any way they want. Operating procedures of quality are higher than a directors directive
These are real issues but Amazon does not care robots are actually replacing humans no breaks no hernias no back issues just down time for recharge
WTF I work out in the sun up at 4:00am till 6:00pm or later no shade . Yall in ac building “hernia” wtf . Come work outside with us 110 heat index no wind and no shade no break sometimes you get a 30 minute lunch but it’s too damn hot to eat so you don’t want even to eat.

Sounds like a bunch of cry baby whiners. My goodness, i drive truck and don't get breaks all day long. i work 10 to 12 hours every day, 6 to 7 days a week. These people wouldn't know a hard days work if it bit them.
